Our downtown Seattle restaurant, Margaux, offers a refreshing menu that is distinctively Northwest in flavor and comfortable in feel yet French in style. Our Executive Chef Chris Zarkades, along with his culinary team, offer the freshest, choice ingredients of the season to create a unique dining experience at your table that brings together the best ingredients and elements of Northwest-style food.
Executive Chef Zarkades expertly pairs them with French influences and techniques to create a menu of deliciously unique creations. Margaux is also the only restaurant in downtown Seattle to offer tableside carving. Take advantage of our daily specials while staying at the hotel. Margaux Lounge - Margaux Lounge opens daily at 11:30am, with a full-service bar and a simplified bar menu that includes favorites such as burgers, salads, chowder and appetizers. Our Happy Hour specials are available between 4pm and 7pm alongside a delicious tapas menu.

Margaux Hours:
Open daily for breakfast at 6:30am, Margaux offers all your American and European breakfast favourites, including pancakes, French toast, eggs Benedict and Seattle-style standards. Lunch is served Monday to Friday until 2pm and offers daily sandwich, low-carb, and pasta specials.
An extended brunch menu is available from 11am to 1:30pm on Saturday and Sunday. Margaux's dining room is open for dinner between 5pm and 10pm daily.
